Wuhan Aoke Botai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Wuhan Aoke Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was established in 2002. It is a high-tech company specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of in vitro diagnostic raw materials (including antigens and antibodies), as well as providing customized services for various monoclonal antibodies, multi antibodies, and recombinant proteins. After decades of development, the company has passed ISO13485 and ISO9001 quality system certifications, and has been awarded honors such as Optics Valley Gazelle, 3551 Talent, Provincial Innovative Small and Medium Enterprises, and Provincial "Specialized, Refined, and New" Small and Medium Enterprises.

After years of dedicated research and development, the company has created two widely acclaimed technology platforms in the industry, namely the mouse monoclonal antibody hybridoma platform and the recombinant protein expression platform. The mouse hybridoma platform is a leader in the industry. Our company is the first company in China to launch a pair of monoclonal antibodies to detect hepatitis B HBeAg, and it is widely used on enzyme immunoassay, luminescence, colloidal gold, fluorescence chromatography and other platforms. At the same time, the company also has a self built animal breeding base of 8000 square meters, fully meeting the supply needs of diagnostic reagent manufacturers.

After years of development, the recombinant protein platform has now included four major expression platforms, namely prokaryotic, Pichia pastoris, rod-shaped virus insect cells, and mammalian cell expression platforms.

The antibodies and antigens produced by Aoke Botai are widely used by multiple diagnostic reagent manufacturers both domestically and internationally in colloidal gold, ELISA, fluorescence chromatography, chemiluminescence and other detection reagents, and the product quality is at the leading level in the market.
